We're proud to announce the successful completion of a top-floor flat renovation project in a Victorian terrace. This comprehensive project involved taking the space back to its brick foundation, followed by a full rewiring and replumbing to ensure safety and modern functionality. We implemented a complete layout change, reconfiguring the space to optimise flow and usability. All existing features were removed, making way for a sleek and contemporary modern finish. To meet the client's rental needs, we installed laminate flooring throughout, offering both durability and aesthetic appeal.
